Who we are

Rapid Haul is a family-owned and operated business working out of Fresno, CA. We're a mobile service — trucks and dump trailers rather than a storefront — which is why we can be at a property the same day when the schedule allows.

The work splits about evenly between homeowners and businesses. Residential jobs are furniture and appliance pickups, garages that filled up over a decade, yard debris after a hard trim, and full cleanouts on homes that are changing hands. On the commercial side it's property managers and landlords handling unit turnovers, contractors clearing debris between phases, and offices and storefronts that need a back room emptied.

How we work

Text photos, get a price, we come clear it out. That's the whole model, and it exists because it's faster for you than scheduling an estimate visit and faster for us than guessing over the phone. If a job is too big or complex to price from photos, we'll come look — free, and we'll tell you plainly if it's more than one trip.

We're licensed and insured, we quote before we load, and we sweep up before we leave. Where there's somewhere local to take usable items or recyclable material, that's where it goes rather than straight to a landfill.

• Upfront communication. You hear the price before we start and you hear about any problem the moment we find it.
• Respect for your property. Careful with doorways, floors, landscaping and gates. We're carrying heavy things through spaces you have to live in afterward.
• Clean job sites. Swept concrete and raked ground. Loading the trailer is not the same as finishing the job.
• Reliable scheduling. If we give you a window, we hold it. If something changes, you hear from us first.
