Whole-property clearing
Some jobs aren't a pickup — they're an entire property. A rental left full after a move-out, a house that needs to be emptied before it lists, an inherited home nobody has had the time to face. Rapid Haul clears the whole thing and leaves the space ready for whoever walks in next.
We work room by room. Furniture, appliances, boxes, clothing, bagged trash, garage and shed contents, and whatever ended up in the side yard all come out in the same visit where the volume allows. You don't need to sort anything into piles first, and you don't need to be there the whole time — plenty of our cleanouts are handled with a lockbox code and a phone call at the end.
These jobs are rarely just about the junk. We move at the pace you set, we'll set aside anything you flag as keep, and we won't rush a family through a house. If you're working from out of town, photos or a video walkthrough are enough for us to quote it.
Real job
Torn-out flooring, drywall, insulation and old ductwork stacked across a driveway, loaded and hauled so the homeowner could park again.
How it works
Text photos room by room, or a short video. For larger properties we'll come look in person.
Pricing is based on volume and the type of material, quoted before we start — not adjusted at the end.
Our crew loads, hauls and disposes of everything, then sweeps the floors on the way out.
No obligation. Free estimates.
No. Plenty of property cleanouts are done with a key, a lockbox code or a property manager letting us in. We'll send photos when the job is finished.
Yes. Heavy-clutter jobs are normal for us. Send photos of a few rooms and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a one-day job or needs more than one trip.
Yes — just tell us or tag what stays. We'd much rather ask than throw out something that mattered.
Text photos and you'll usually have a price back the same day.
