Demo and haul, one visit
Some things can't be picked up and carried out — they have to come apart first. We bring the tools, break it down, load it, and haul it, so you're not hiring a demo crew and a hauler separately and coordinating between them.
A dry hot tub still weighs several hundred pounds, it's bolted and glued together, and it will not fit through a side gate intact. We cut them down on site and carry them out in sections. Have it drained before we arrive and the job goes much faster.
Metal and wood sheds, swing sets, trampolines, old decks and fence runs all come down the same way — disassembled far enough to move safely, then loaded. We check for anchors, footings and buried hardware as we go.
Real job
A back yard lost to dry brush and waist-high weeds, cut back and cleared down to open ground.
How it works
Include the access route — the gate width matters more than the structure size.
Demolition and disposal quoted together, not billed as two separate line items.
We break it down, load it out, and rake or sweep the footprint.
No obligation. Free estimates.
Yes, and it's one of our most common demo jobs. Drain it beforehand if you can, and send a photo of the gate or the path we'd carry it through.
No. We handle light, non-structural demolition — sheds, spas, decks, fencing, interior tear-outs. Anything structural, permitted or load-bearing needs a licensed demolition contractor.
We clear and rake the footprint but we don't pour concrete, patch stucco or repair fencing. We'll leave it clean and ready for whoever does.
Text photos and you'll usually have a price back the same day.
